The Playbarn’s safety flooring provides the ideal setting to keep your little ones playing safely on our fun, high-end activity play equipment which includes: two-storey house, train, mini climbing wall and rope balance.

Should you wish exclusive use or wish to book a party then please contact us for pricing. For Organised groups such as Playgroups, Scouts etc please call to discuss.
Rules of engagement:
2 year olds and under must be accompanied by an adult when in The PlayBarn Kid’s Adventure Space or on any play equipment. This area has an age restriction of 3-12 years but all children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians and must behave in a manner that is respectful of others.
- Indoor clean shoes must be worn at all times
- Do not climb up the slides
- No flip-flops or sandals
- No clothing with ropes and cords
- No pushing or shoving
- Remove all jewellery, badges and sharp objects
- No food, drink or gum in the play barn area
- No glassware in the play barn area
- No throwing
- Children who are unwell should not use the play area

The seating area within the The PlayBarn Kid’s Adventure Space allows ease of viewing whilst enjoying some of Broadslap’s delights, delicious coffee and loose leaf teas, not to mention the cakes and scones made fresh daily on-site by our talented, happy chef.! The ‘Hungry Farmer’ menu, including dietary alternatives, is available whilst the children play. Or why not book a table after your playtime – it’s up to you.
